We want to make a difference. To begin with we like to know where we're starting. That's why we offer a free ½ day audit whether you're looking for help with Sales and Marketing, Language and Culture or Applied Technology. If you already know what needs doing then we're happy to skip it and move straight into a project but it's there if you want it.

One-off Projects
If we identified a need for a specific marketing tool or sales intervention we will work with you to make it happen. Alternatively you may have identified a specific short-term goal and asked us to achieve it. This might be anything:

We will provide a quotation for the project including an estimate of the time we will need to spend on the project. Once the project is complete it will be evaluated to ensure it met the project parameters, achieved the business objectives it should have and provide recommendations for follow-up.

Ad Hoc Partnerships
Either as a result of an audit or due to your identified needs we will establish a programme of interventions that would contribute to the success of the business. We would produce an overall programme plan that identified the cost of each intervention and evaluated the potential benefits.

Together we would decide the relative importance of each project and the order in which we thought they should be completed. This programme would be kept under review every quarter even if no action is taken. When you were ready to proceed with one or more elements you would notify us and we would assist in executing it as per the plan for the individual intervention. Following the completion of the project we would review and revise the plan based on it's impact.

Ongoing Partnerships
We will supply the skills and materials required to accomplish long-term project goals or to underpin a specific area of your business on an ongoing basis. This might be to oversee your sales and marketing activity or a specific area of it, to provide user support for software application, to provide ongoing translation / interpreting services etc. We will set objectives and review budgets on a quarterly basis.
